Homebot:
A better way to track your home's value

Are you curious about the value of your home? Are you tired of looking up your Zillow Zestimate and Redfin estimate and discovering 2 completely different numbers? Even if you have no intentions of selling, it is beneficial to have a ballpark idea of your home’s value especially if you plan to refinance or are anxiously anticipating the point where your PMI (private mortgage insurance) drops off.

I’ve discovered a more accurate home value estimate program called HOMEBOT and have registered all of my previous buyers. This is a more interactive tool that works better than Zillow and Redfin as you have the opportunity to adjust the settings based on different criteria that only you, the homeowner, know. You can also enter your mortgage balance and interest rate to learn if it’s a good time to refinance. While this AI valuation tool does not replace having a Realtor (ie: ME!) visit your home and bring actual market knowledge, it is the next best thing and it’s fun to play around with the system.

If you are a past client, you should have received an introductory email from Homebot with instructions on how to access the system. If you missed it or would like me to sign you up, please just let me know your information and I’ll send you the email. I would also love some feedback on the system so after you get into it and play around, please let me know what you think.
